I have not received my order confirmation email, where is it?

  • Try looking in your spam folder. You can also search your emails for "Order Confirmation # from: info@atclashes.com "

Can I cancel my order? 

  • All orders are final and we are not able to change them. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted.

Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of our product we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective products.  If an item may be considered damaged or defective, please email info@atclashes.com  indicating your order # and a clear photo.. Damaged or defective items need to be addressed within 30 days from the day of purchase. If the product is deemed defective by info@atclashes.com , you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item.


Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is not refundable. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order. Please note, we only accept returns from lillylashes.com orders. In case of a delay, lost or stolen packages, please fill out a claim at USPS.com so USPS may try to locate your order as soon as possible. 


Shipping Times

  • Processing time is 1-3 business days. Orders will be processed and shipped out from our warehouse in 24 hours with the exception of orders received during the weekend or Holidays. These orders will be processed the next business day.
